The starting point is the outcome the business needs, the people doing the work and the problems getting in their way. That gives us a clearer basis for deciding what should change.
Technology with a commercial reason
Software, automation and AI can all help. My role is to connect those possibilities to the business case: where a change can save time, reduce avoidable costs, build capacity or make the work easier to manage.
Build useful relationships
I lead Veda AI’s commercial direction, working across strategy, client priorities and partnerships. Alongside that work, my Humber Freeport Future Ambassador role reflects my interest in regional entrepreneurship and the next generation of opportunity.
